Vacancies at Kang & Co Solicitors
Criminal Solicitor – Birmingham City Centre
Kang & Co Solicitors, based at 1 Victoria Square in Birmingham City centre are recruiting for an experienced criminal defence solicitor. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of Court advocacy and representing private fee-paying clients. The ideal candidate must have prior experience of driving offences. The role is Monday – Friday.
The role will involve:
- Advising clients in person / via telephone and video conference calls
- Advising clients on the full range of driving offence, from speeding through to fatal road traffic prosecutions
- Advising clients on the full range of criminal prosecutions
- Representing clients at Magistrates’ Courts throughout England and Wales
- Representing clients at Crown Courts through England and Wales, if the successful candidate is a HCA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00 per year

Training Contracts
At present we have decided not to offer training contract positions at Kang & Co Solicitors, our stance on this is unlikely to change over the foreseeable future.
Paralegals
We have no paralegal positions available at this time and do not intend to hire paralegals in the near future.
