Avoid a Driving Ban in Nottingham
If you have been charged with a motoring offence, you should firstly contact one of our specialist solicitors to establish whether you need legal representation for your case. In certain circumstances you may not require representation, if our lawyers form the opinion that you do not require a lawyer for your driving offence, they will inform you from the outset.
If you have a defence, our lawyers will inform you and will recommend that you plead not guilty. We would prepare your case for Trial and provide you with the best chance of being found Not Guilty.
In other circumstances, you may require a solicitor to represent you at Court for your Sentence Hearing to ‘Mitigate’ on your behalf. This is so that you receive the lowest sentence possible. Covering All Motoring Offences Including Speeding
At Kang & Co Solicitors we cover all the kinds of driving offences. One of the most common offences we are appointed on is Speeding.
Being caught Speeding could potentially result in an outright disqualification, or a totting up disqualification. A charge of this type should be taken seriously, and expert legal advice should be sought as soon as possible. In preparing a case, each aspect of the evidence should be considered by an expert in their field. This would be to identify any weaknesses that may be present in the prosecution case, and also whether we believe a robust defence is available.
In certain circumstances, it will be appropriate to make an exceptional hardship application. Kang & Co Solicitors have expert practitioners with considerable experience in defending cases of speeding offences throughout the country. From our offices in Birmingham, Milton Keynes and London, we offer full country coverage for all motoring offences.

You can check out our reviews on Google, Yell, TrustPilot and Thompson Local. Below are a selection of testimonials from satisfied clients of Kang & Co.
“I am extremely grateful that I decided to go with Kang & Co Solicitors. Mr Manjinder Kang himself handled my case and from the first call to the very end, he has been extremely helpful and professional. His approach to any case is clarity and honesty, something that I greatly respect him for. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable in his field while being able to explain complex legal systems in a “normal” way so that you are able to understand it. This combination works extremely well and allows you, as his client, to feel relaxed and relieved knowing that he is handling the case. To sum it up, I would highly recommend Kang & Co Solicitors, their services may cost a little more than other solicitors in this field, but their work ethic and services is worth every penny. Even though my case was probably one of the simple ones he’s handled, you are still made to feel like you are top priority, something that might not always be the case elsewhere.” – N. Shakya (Speeding, Nottingham Justice Centre)
“I was being investigated for a very serious motoring offence and initially had a lawyer appointed by my insurance company. I wasn’t impressed with the service from my insurance solicitors and therefore began to look for a specialist motoring law solicitor to represent me, as my liberty was at risk. When I spoke with Manjinder Kang, it was clear that he had significant previous experience of dealing with very serious motoring law cases like the one I was being investigated for. I instructed Mr Kang to represent me through my insurance company and within a few days he managed to get the case against me dropped. I would certainly recommend Mr Kang if you are being prosecuted for a very serious motoring offence.” – H. Singh (Death by Careless Driving)
Phone & Video Meetings
As we are a specialist law firm, we are frequently appointed to represent clients across the length and breath of England and Wales. Some of our clients are unable to attend our offices because they may live some distance away or they may have limited time and availability to meet with our lawyers in person at our offices, as a result we offer clients the option of a video or telephone meeting with one of our specialist lawyers. If you appoint us to represent you, as part of the case preparation, a meeting will be required and this meeting can take place as a video or telephone conference call. Some of our clients prefer this rather than meeting at our offices, as it eliminates their travelling time and can be done from the convenience of their home or place of work via video conferencing software such as Zoom or GoToMeeting. If you would like more information about having a telephone or video conference, please speak to one of our lawyers and they will be able to answer any questions you may have.
