Kang & Co Solicitors is also subject to the oversight of the Legal Ombudsman, an independent body that handles complaints against solicitors. For the Legal Ombudsman to investigate your complaint, you will normally need to bring it to their attention within one year of the act or omission complained of, and within six months of receiving our final response to your complaint.
