Manjinder is a Solicitor and a Director of Kang & Co Solicitors, he is one of the founding Director of the law firm.

Manjinder represents members of the public and businesses, he is a very approachable individual and can assist you or your business in any of the areas mentioned above.
Manjinder frequently represent clients at the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court. His approach is exceptional, he is very direct when advising clients and tailors his approach to the requirements of each client.
He completed his undergraduate Law Degree (LL.B. Hons.) in Nottingham followed by the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Nottingham Law School.
Manjinder initially trained in general crime defence law and represented clients for offences such as murder, robbery, burglary and arson. Due to his attention to detail and technical knowledge he excelled at representing clients for motoring law offences such as Death by Dangerous Driving, Death by Careless Driving, Drink Driving, Speeding and Careless Driving.
Manjinder thoroughly enjoyed representing clients for motoring offences as most of his clients were first time offenders that found themselves being prosecuted because of issues with their driving. He developed a real passion for representing professionals and ordinary hard-working people that had not been involved with the Criminal Justice System before.
Given his experience of criminal law and expertise in driving offences, he was recruited by Lyons Davidson Solicitors and worked at the Solihull office on Warwick Road. Whilst working at Lyons Davidson Solicitors he specialised solely in all manner of driving offences from failing to stop & report an accident to death by dangerous / careless driving. He represented clients throughout England & Wales.
Manjinder represents clients at the police station for offences such as harassment, death by careless driving, death by dangerous driving and vehicle offences. He also represents clients at the Magistrates’ Court for exceptional hardship applications, trials and sentence hearings. Due to his experience and wealth of knowledge he can often achieve excellent results for his clients.
As he has represented hundreds of clients and has a wealth of experience and is quickly able to assess any given case and advise on the likelihood of being successful and the possible sentence, as more
often than not, due to his vast experience, he would have dealt with a case which had similar circumstances.
Manjinder has achieved excellent results for his clients and is considered an industry leader where motoring offences are concerned.
Outside of work Manjinder enjoys running, trekking, cycling and has completed various fundraising activities for charities such as the British Heart Foundation. He also has a keen interest in Politics.
