Refunds Policy

Kang & Co Solicitors advises and / or represents client on an ‘Agreed Fixed Fee’ basis. All agreed fixed fees are non-refundable. If your case does not result in a Police Interview / Hearing, you decide to appoint a different law firm or for any other reason your case concludes sooner than initially anticipated, you will not receive a refund, or partial refund.
