Litigation can be a very worrying and stressful time, and in such circumstances, it is important that you receive the right legal advice from the outset, and you should seek to instruct a specialist solicitor / barrister to advise, guide and represent you throughout your case, as this will give you the best possible chance of a successful outcome.
A decision not to take specialist legal advice early on, can often be a costly mistake with far-reaching consequences. Our lawyers at Kang & Co Solicitors are on hand to provide you with the right legal advice from the outset.
At Kang & Co Solicitors we guarantee to provide clear, honest, and transparent legal advice from the beginning. Contact us on 0345 222 9955 for a no obligation initial telephone call.

The guidance provided during the initial telephone call to us will be general information on the law in respect of the problem or issue you or your business are facing, as such it should be used as general guidance only and should not be relied upon as legal advice. If you would like detailed specific legal advice relating to your individual issue, you will need to formally appoint us to act on your behalf.
Litigation is complex, and each case is individual therefore the appropriate course of action to take in any given case is unique and dependent upon the specific facts of each case. If you wish to be in the best possible position, you should appoint the best legal expertise in that legal field.

Clear Legal Costs
We pride ourselves on being open and transparent with our prospective clients regarding the likely legal fees if we are instructed on a case.
We provide legal advice and representation on a ‘Agreed Fixed Fee’ basis. This involves an estimation as to the likely amount of time required to conclude the matter up to a certain stage, and then the cost of representation is then agreed between the lawyer and client. This allows our clients to budget the likely cost of their legal defence appropriately.
The advantage to our clients on instructing us on a fixed fee is that the client is fully aware of the legal costs and are safe in the knowledge that our legal fees are capped at each stage.
The fixed fee will usually include our travelling time (if appropriate), our waiting time (if appropriate), our travel costs (railway / mileage costs) and any unforeseen additional work. Offering our clients, the option to instruct us on a fixed fee provides our clients with real value for money and peace of mind.
